For the month November the work will consist of reconstruction of masonry walls on the east side of El Portal Drive, relocation of existing utilities, sidewalk reconstruction and the reconstruction/realignment of El Portal Drive and the eastbound I-80 off ramp at El Portal Drive. This work will occur between the hours of 8PM – 5AM Monday – Saturday of these weeks. Please plan on using the signed detours to Hilltop Drive for westbound traffic and San Pablo Dam Road for eastbound traffic. Delays are expected and your patience is appreciated. The sidewalk on El Portal Drive from Glenlock St to the Intersection of the WB I-80 off ramp will be closed.
