The City provides special activity trips for seniors and adults with disabilities for social events to various locations throughout the Bay Area. Trip sign-ups are taken at the San Pablo Senior Center and participants must be members of the center in order to participate. Some trips are smaller in nature, such as local shopping or dining excursions. While other trips are larger in nature, such as a day trip to the Sacramento River Train, Monterey and the Gilroy Garlic Festival. Participants, who are San Pablo residents, can sign-up for transportation to and from their home to the meeting point for short day trips.
Trips are advertised in the Senior Center monthly newsletter, which is distributed to all members of the Senior Center and shuttle riders, sent out via email to our participant list, and also available on our website. We also advertise our trips in the Community Services Activity Guide.
