Facility Booking Hours :  Tuesday & Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and Thursdays 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

These hours are dedicated to assist our renters in completing applications, discussing rental details, contracts, facility layouts, etc.

To give you our undivided attention we may refer you to make an appointment during these times to process your facility rental.

You may call anytime to inquire about facilities available, type of event and fees.  Beyond this, we will ask you to call back or come in person during our facility booking hours to continue the reservation process.

The Library Community Room is located inside the San Pablo Library at 13751 San Pablo Ave. This facility has a capacity of 105 people. Please Note: This facility is only available for meeting rentals.
