Annual San Pablo Community Foundation Grant Program (SPCF)

CITY OF SAN PABLO'S FY 2026/27 ANNUAL SAN PABLO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (SPCF) GRANT PROGRAM REQUESTS FOR FUNDING WILL OPEN TUESDAY, FEBURARY 3, 2026.

Annually, the San Pablo City Council approves a $75,000 expenditure in the City’s adopted General Fund Operating Budget along with contributions from the following local corporations and organizations for a total public/private funded grant program of $120,000 to be available for local community grant disbursements to local qualified organizations, as follows:

  • City of San Pablo General Fund -- $75,000
  • Lytton Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians -- $25,000
  • Republic Services, Inc. -- $15,000
  • San Pablo Senior Center -- $ 5,000
  • Total Funding: $120,000

Funding preference go to local organizations that possess a non-profit 501 (c 3) organization designation registered through the State of California. Applicants can also jointly apply with a fiscal agent if they do not possess a non-profit 501 (c 3) designation.

Late April San Pablo Community Grant Review Committee will review applications 
Week of May 4 MANDATORY presentations to the Grant Committee required for eligible organizations, committee will tentatively award applicants
