Be a graduate who has attended West Contra Costa Unified School District Schools in West County on the list below OR have received GED/high school equivalency within the last three academic years with an age limit of 24 years old. See list below.

Have submitted FAFSA or Dream Act request for funding if planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year college.
Be enrolled as a first-time student in a 2-year or 4-year college, or career technical education (CTE) nonprofit school or program in the Fall of 2023. Students who are already enrolled in college or existing CTE program are not eligible.
