Dumpster Day

Summary

Citywide Dumpster Days are an opportunity for residents living in the incorporated area of San Pablo to dispose of bulky trash and recyclable materials for free. During Dumpster Days, residents can bring bulky items in personal vehicles to unload at the dumpsters until the allotted time ends, or the dumpsters are full.

Requirements

Participants must bring proof of residency in the incorporated area of the City of San Pablo. Participants must bring both:

1. Photo ID (ex. Driver's License or California ID)

2. PG&E or EMBUD statement with your name and San Pablo address

Restrictions

• Personal vehicles will be limited to 2 cubic yards (of trash)
• Commercial vehicles and moving trucks are not permitted
• Only those who will be unloading should step outside the vehicle while participating.
• Maintenance staff will NOT unload items, but can provide support for seniors or disabled participants.
• Household appliances are accepted, excluding microwaves

We DO NOT accept: mattresses, electronic devices, tires, batteries, or any hazardous materials.
