Campaign Disclosure

Campaign disclosure statements must be filed pursuant to the state Political Reform Act. The filing requirements are determined by the amount of money raised and spent and the type of filer (candidates, general purpose committees, ballot measure committees, petitions, independent expenditures, etc.). Enforcement and oversight of these requirements is managed by the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC). Local Filing Officer

Campaign disclosure statements are filed in the office of the City Clerk, with the Assistant City Clerk who serves as the filing officer for local candidates and campaign committees.
 
Filing received on or after January 1, 2021 will be posted on the city’s website within 72 hours of the applicable filing deadline and can be accessed using the links below. Filings prior to January 1, 2021 can be requested by contacting the Assistant City Clerk. All campaign statements are public information and available for review in their entirety by contacting the Assistant City Clerk at CityClerk@SanPabloCA.gov or 510-215-3000.
