The City of San Pablo’s (City) Mobile Home Assistance Program (Program) provides a one-time grant per household of $1,000 to help pay for mobile home space rent. The Program is intended to support low-income, owner-occupied mobile home households in San Pablo facing extraordinary housing cost burdens.
