Effective January 1, 2019, the minimum wage in San Pablo is $11.00 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees, and $12.00 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees. The City of San Pablo does not have its' own wage ordinance and therefore defaults to the state law .
